Because that isn't how it works. It you want to reply to a single tweet, do it in twitter. Teh tweet reply module is to help you do things that take a long time in twitter, searching for tweets for XYZ keyword, filtering and tweeting a reply. Not a reply to this one tweet module

If by "simple" you mean, why didn't I code the program two years ago, knowing how you may want to use the program in 2 years time in the future, then no, that isn't possible
