How many accounts per API?
I just started with twitterdub and I wounder how many accounts should I set up via one API?

depends.
1 is safest. But you can put more on the accounts and be ok, depends what you are doing. Spamming / marketing hard and 1 is best. Going easy and slow no spamming not annoying users and multiple you will be fine.
