Hey,
I'm getting an error that bot can't do anything since it is not authorized. I've submitted log to support (46863) as per your recommendation. Please help.

Have you run an AUTHORISE ACCOUNT action to authorise the accounts?
ACCOUNTS TAB > check the account > click AUTHORISE ACCOUNTS
Should be a tutorial explaining it all and the sticky threads in the forum run you through the whole process
