Your log above does not show the issue. Please provide full information on what you did to cause the issue so I can test
Your logs simply show you get rate limited - perhaps due to an aggressive filter and were waiting for limits to come back
Please, read through this post and submit your issue accordingly. It just helps me understand your issue without having to investigate just to figure out what the issue thus giving more time to solve the issue and carry on improving the programs.
