Instances on 15 threads get stuck indefinitely till I restart everything again.
Please add management/process killing where possible

What do you mean by get stuck?
What actions?
I assume you mean 15 processing threads, not 15 threads for an action?
I just tried running more threads and they ran through fine. I will need more information.

But logging is still not disabled when adding nologs.txt to config folder, so can't check yet

nologs.txt will be working next update. The installer didn't reference the base library that was updated
