Waiting indefinately..

So I got the TwitterBot to work for 2 accounts.
When I added 2 more, so 4 total. Not only does it not work on the 2 new accounts, but the old 2 aren't working anymore either.

For all 4 accounts now it's stuck on the "Waiting..." Phase.

When I try to use 2 of the 4 accounts, it gives me this error:

as the error says rate limited

do less
do it slower
use bigger pause
one action per account at a time

Sorry I should have clarified. I was getting that error but that account never worked to begin with.
I was going slow, and didn't hit any limits because I couldn't get the account going to begin with.

Now it's just cycling through with this error:

2 of the 4 accounts work fine.
2 of the 4 are giving problems. I tried regenerating the API keys.

The update fixed that problem. Now the Twitter application is not letting me "perform write actions"

so you hit twitter too hard too fast for too long, they blocked you.

Please perform the following:

delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens


Perform the action:
***
authorise your account to the new API
***

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.


Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)

Ok I got it to work. Thank-you so much! I have a couple of quick questions:

a) What do you recommend the wait time to not get banned? I have it on 45 seconds minimum now.

b) What's the option "Unique items per account" do for following people?

c) If I follow the followers of an account, then unfollow them, how do I go back and follow the rest of that user's followers without refollowing the same people from before? Like "cycle through"?
