TwitterDub not opening

I recently got another computer and TwtiterDub is not opening

There are no errors that show up on the screen and nothing happens when i double click the program

I've downloaded the recent version of .Net Framework and i believe that is where the problem is maybe

My computer is 32bit running windows 7

I figured it out! If you are having similar problems make sure you download this version of .Net Framework:

Just to note incase others see this.

All our applications require the *FULL* .Net 4.0 Framework (not the client version)
