how to fix update limits ?

How to fix it ? and how much second to set delay or random pause to make my API not limited ?

There are so many variables it is not possible to say "use these values"


But whatever you were doing, doing it less.
Make sure you are not being "spammy" (posting same tweet)
Check the TOS of twitter and do your best not to break too many of them
