Confused with scraping

I tried scraping the followers of a user using the scraper

Under "scrape profile" i put the the handle of the user whose followers I want to scrape
Under custom search, I chose "Followers Of"
For filters I specified english (tried en as well), minimum 5 followes, maximum 99999999 (not sure if max=0 means no limit) and 0-99999999 for all other filters, 100 result limit.

Problem 1 is whether I check Details, URLs or IDs, I only get IDs (numbers)

Problems 2 is I ran the process several times and only once I got the full 100 results, other times were 2-5 results.

Not really sure what's going on or if I'm doing something wrong.
