Repeating indefinitely

Hey, I have a large an image folder with tweets attached to it that I want to have posting indefinitely, currently, I have just calculated the amount of time it would take for the folder to be completed and then set that time in the repeat hours box with some leeway so it doesn't try to restart before the folder has been completed. However when the folder has been emptied, the action is just considered completed and doesn't reschedule itself.

Is there a way to make it repeat indefinitely? Because I don't want to set it to repeat "x" times and then be away when the last repeat has ended.

Hi, am not sure I understand.


You load an images upload action with all the images from a folder? (how many images?)

You specify a pause after each upload? (what pause?)

You work out, that X videos by Y pause should be Z time.


So what is the exact problem? I don't understand.

ahh ok, is that the issue? Set # repeat times to 0 (0 means forever / infinite)

So repeat every 24 hours for 0#repeats. Means repeat every 24 hours for ever

Hi Martin, I wasn't sure if 0 meant forever in this instance, I've set it up as you suggested, will see if it schedules itself again

Hey Martin, quick question. If, without filling in any of the repeat options, I just set "Repeat #times" to 0, will it go through a whole folder of images, and then just start again? (Obviously, "unique uploads only" will be unchecked)

If you load an action with 100 images
Post 10 images each time
Repeat every 24 hours
Unique uploads: UNCHECKED

Yes it will repeat
