I have tried to add second account and was getting same authenticating error all the time. Its not allowed to put second one or I am doing smth wrong (First one is added and working)?

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
The issue seems to come from adding client consumer API keys, are you adding them to the new account? If so, can you try and create manually

Any issues when doing that on the proxy / IP to use for the new account?
Or you could just use the existing global keys in the program (added when adding the first account) so just authorise the new account to those keys
