maybe somebody could explain me how to post from RRS?
For example from here:

what link should i put?

If you look at that page, it lists many RSS feeds, so select one

http://www.careerbuilder.com/RTQ/rss20. ... &cat=JN001

for example. click it. there is a link / title and a desc


View the source to see how the RSS feed is structured.


The bits you need are

<item>
<title
<link> (maybe)
<description>
