Filter Ration Feature

I see on the filter there are 2 options:
- one for the number of following the user follows
- one for the number of followers the user has

Now if I set on both options min. 50 and max. 50.000, I can get users that follows 50 and has 50.000 followers. In this case they most likely won't follow.

I find it would be useful to have a Ratio filter for each user scraped. For example I want users that follow back almost all the people that follows them. This will translate in a 1:1 Ratio between following and followers.

Also, it would be nice if the filters that I set, would remain after software restart.
