Software Closing when starting process

I just set-up a follow process (follow user followers).
I used 'refine' (followers/followings 50-100.000).

I click start process and it shuts down in 1-3 seconds.
This happened when I used an account with 10 mil followers.

Afterwards I tried an account with 1 mil and another with half a mill followers. This time the software is not shutting down. It just shows 'processing' but nothing happens.

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Working now.

Tested the unfollow/follow successfully.

For using filters, how do I get around the 889 seconds that I need to wait before searching more usernames?
