Hey martin.

Wondering if you could add the ability to turn a long post into a series of replies. What I mean is, if I did a post with 500 characters, instead of cutting it at 140/280, it would do the first 140 characters, then reply to that tweet with the next 140 characters, etc. until all have been done. I'm assuming this isn't already possible, or at least I can't figure out how.

Also, the feature where the posted tweets get saved in the savedtweets file isn't working since the update. They still save, but without the tweetid.

The next update will fix this. I shall let you know when it is ready.

Correct - not currently possible. Suggestion noted.

What gets saved? This effect all post tweet types or just certain kinds?

Hi,

Is there a way to group process in processing tab?

So if you have 100 process some are tweet and some are follow you can group them in row..

to be as this pic:

So we can group them as wish and give them custom names.. it would be so so much easier to work with process like this.

So in the output when I do a reply tweet, it looks like this:

* SUCCESS: Posted Tweet: https://mobile.twitter.com/statuses/
* SUCCESS: posted message part: <message><tweet in message> to: <id> <tweet im replying to>
* SUCCESS: PostTweetReply: <message><tweet in message> with: <user>
* SUCCESS (1): <tweet im replying to> user: <user>

I'm not sure if the first line is the problem, since it doesn't have anything at the end of the url after "statuses/"?
In the appdata folder, rootjazz\Twitterdub\postedtweets, inside the file <user>, it just has:

"https://twitter.com/<user>/status/"

with no ID at the end of the url. In one of the older updates it used to show the ID at the end of this url

Is this a constant problem?

If so:

Please perform the following:

Open the program. Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. All actions must be waiting, then pause all (or delete)

Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens

Perform the action:
***
Run your action to cause this issue on 1-2 items.
DETAIL for me how to replicate exactly the issue
***

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.

Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

and submit the file with the incorrect output shown

and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)

Thanks Martin.

Yes, this is a constant issue.

I've deleted the logs and have recreated the problem, then submitted the logs. The number is 60958.

I have a single account loaded into the TwitterDub database. I went to the tweet search tab and ticked my account. My custom search is "Latest Tweet Of". The search term is @<my_username>. (I also did it a second time with @CNN). In the add tweet box I put "this is my reply". The only settings ticked are "reply to tweet" and "unique items".

Both of these tweets worked. However, the main issue is the file in AppData\Roaming\rootjazz\Twitterdub\postedtweets called <username>.txt, it has:

https://twitter.com/<username>/status/
https://twitter.com/<username>/status/

I would've thought that the tweet ID should also be at the end of those lines?

Cheers, E.S.
