That should be correct, if the issue persists, please submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
Run the action you are having issues with

if it fails again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
