is there any option can I tell the software to delete tweets that are old than 1 day or 2 days?
and also the option of delete all tweets it's not delete everything

ACCOUNTS tab has option to delete all tweets, or from file.

If you want to delete all tweets older than 1-2 days, then you need to prepare a list. goto SCRAPER tab, scrape your tweets with a filter to only include tweets older than two days. Then use that results file to on the DELETE FROM FILE
