Hi Martin, this is the list of my accounts, I tried to log in several times and it still shows network problem. The proxy detection is normal and can connect successfully. Please help me to see if there is something wrong with my format, thank you very much.
Without proxy, direct username,pass,email,auth_token can login successfully. After adding a proxy, it is not possible to connect.

WARNING
Don't post your proxy username:password to the forum, others may see it and then can use your proxy / bandwidth


The best way to see if the IMPORT has worked, after importing, double click an account and check all the data has been assigned correctly. It looks from the logs, it has.

but it seems the proxy is not working, or the program is blocked from the network by your OS / AV / Security sofware


Can you use the program without a proxy? If so, then the program CAN work and it's probably the proxy. Maybe the proxy is IP AUTH?
If not, then the issue is something blocking the program.



submit logs as well and I can see if anything stands out as the cause:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

-1 / empty / <null> means no response received.

This is either your network was down, the proxy wasn't working, something on your machine blocked the request / the site server timed out and didn't respond in time (unlikely but does happen)

If using a proxy, test it:
Please confirm your proxy is working, more info on how to do that here:

viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3453


If the proxy appears to be working fine, please run the action again as it could have been a network "blip".


If the issue appears to be persistent, please check your anti virus / security software as they *may* block the app from the accessing the network: the two most common are:

* Windows Defender
* Smart screen

Make sure the applications program files folder:

c:\program files (x86)\twitterdub

is whitelisted and / or all the .exe and .dlls in that folder.



Please let me know what operating system you are using and how you run the program: At home / on VPS / In VM?



Also, some countries (eg China) cannot access Instagram and need to use a VPN to access the service. If this is not configured correctly the program will not route through the VPN and all connections will be blocked.

You can test what IP is being use:
goto HELP > CHECK IP > CHECK 1 and CHECK 2

CHECK 1 should be your VPN IP and check 2 should be your LOCAL IP if everything is correct. If it is not, click the option 'ALLOW SYSTEM DEFAULT PROXY'

Help → Config → Check IP → Check 1 / Check 2

After selecting Check 1/Check 2, there's no response at all.
I can log into the account directly without using a proxy.
But when I add a proxy, I always encounter network issues.
When testing the proxy individually, it works fine and connects successfully.
Twitterdub is already whitelisted in the Windows Firewall.

Sorry Martin, I just saw the message notification and it took me so long to reply. I was originally using a socks5 proxy, and when I switched to a http proxy, the accounts all logged in successfully.

ahh ok, socks proxy are not supported. Socks proxies work at a different level in the network protocol, they are not application level proxies, meaning applications are unaware of the socks protocol, they cannot route individual accounts through individual proxies.

Socks can be thought of like a VPN, it affects the whole OS, it changes the base / local IP. Applications are not aware of it, they just use it by default.

HTTP Proxies, the program knows about and can choose a specific http request to go through a specific proxy, thus accounts can have their own proxy
