I have an account that was PVA recently so i deleted the login details (so TD wont login the account)
the status changed to banned/wrongusername. then when i return the login details, it wont login (can't login message popup)
double checked the details. I also login it in chrome/mozzila and its working and not ban/blocked
tried to restart TD, reload, delete cookies, relogin the details and tick validate on save, also tried the untick validate on save. but still cant login
refreshed rows, click remove login verification check, remove local blocks but cant still login it
I dont have this option in my TD
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN
Is there an option that i haven't did yet?

that is a folder path on your machine not a URL to an imageCode: Select all

hehe sorry i dont know how to attach image. (its just an image showing TD with the accounts that have failed last login) so any idea how to fix it? i must include that i tried deleting them then reinstate them back but yah still failed login

Please perform:
1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run a CLEAN LOGIN

IDEALLY PLEASE DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME

If the account is not added currently:
Please click the ADD button below the accounts list
Enter the email / password as you have done
check the DO NOT VERIFY option / Uncheck VALIDATE ON SAVE (app depending)
Now click save
Otherwise / then:
Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN
This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs
3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

sorry for late reply. I already solve this issue by updating to the latest version
