(Cannot access twitter accounts) Please Help

Everything worked fine 2 days ago but now every process is failing, giving message below. Accounts cant be verified. I logged in to some of the accounts manually and can see that they are not banned.

Please help!

then write an email to support@rootjazz.com and include your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs) and any other information regarding the error

Account is marked requiring verification, so you need to check FORCE option on the ACCOUNTS tab for a verify login action to remove the lock, or you can remove it manually from the right click menu on the account(s) or if you double click the account you should see a link to remove the block.

It's there as a protection, something happened that requires your attention, so the account is blocked from doing anything by TD as a protection until you run a clean VERIFY LOGIN action or manually allow the account again



Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, please submit logs:

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
