I just need number part

so if code is

logs_37648726_martinrootjazz.com.38976423984723678462387462837.zip

I just need
logs_37648726

Not sure what ticket you shared the logs ID with, but I don't have it.

Or you can send me anything to email you don't want public:

Code: Select all

it is actually just 100 accounts, the log file itself appears to be 70mb, but the whole folder of logs is 5gb. I have the usernames that it happened to, all 3 of them I could DM you them if you'd like.
Just zip that file and upload somewhere and email me the link

IF you order the logs folder by size
HELP >LOGS > VIEW

Do you have massive files?

you can always clear out the older log files manually, or clear them all via HELP > LOGS > DELETE
