Two Factor Authentication - security key

Post by Bri »

Can you add the feature for securuty keys please Martin?

Login TwoFactor Auth Challenge

With the key, I have to tap my security key, when the bot tries to login, my usb will flash, and i can accept the login via sectury key, just need the bot to be able to automate the clicking of the LoginTwoFactor elements?

Thanks in advance

Your suggestion has been noted and added to the feature suggestions list. Depending on the demand for the change / feature will alter how quickly it gets implemented.

But I'll be honest, not a priority right now. Sorry

Good thing if this service is available, even if it is manually

It has to be manually because I have to physically touch the key to confirm.

It should be pretty easy, however, martin would have to buy a key and use the steps on it to reproduce for the bot, right martin? is that how it works, is your bot basically an advanced macro bot?

All you have to do for this to work is, tell the bot to basically click on login with key, or I believe it even pops up automatically, I just tap on my key when I see it flashing :) instant login.

tbh, I think this is a great way to use your bot and 2-step, its never been easier like this :)

Martin, I was hacked while 2step verification was enabled, I will never trust passwords and google again, this key is amazing, but still not 100% safe. nothing is safe online.

How?

with 2step enabled?

That sounds targeted.

Any idea how they did it?

Sorry, I didn't realize you replied until I saw that spam post by xandin,

They must have hacked my PC or via my browser cookies for YouTube, I was so shocked I got hacked while 2step was enabled.

I can only think it was session cookies. Hope you got it resolved though
