I dont know if I had the similar issue, but I had to whitelist my ip on proxy website for my proxy to work.
have you double checked that?
If the login works on normal website, then its most likely issue with proxy.

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
and If I can test the account, that would be helpful: If so, export the account (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file:

Hi Martin,
I'm having a similar problem. I imported a couple of accounts, and some of them needed to solve a recaptcha, so I manually logged in using the “Open Acc in session Browser”, solved the captcha and I have now access to the account that way. However, when I run the “Verify Login Web” function or try to run a task, it cannot login and I get the following message:
I already tried deleting the cookies, reseting the useragent, deleting the browser session folder, and even deleted the account completely and added it again but nothing seems to work. Do you have any idea why?
I already submitted today’s logs, the ID is: 94046
And I sent you an email with the account details in case you want to test things out.

The recaptcha check login flow causing this issue, has stopped appearing. I didn't solve it for the account, but it no longer appears and I haven't solved it yet.

If you haven't and if I can, export the account and send it to me for testing.
I will need to trigger the new flow that isn't supported and monitor the network comms, in order to add it to the program.
