not martin but, this always happens with twitter if you send out too many requests in a short amount of time. this can also happen if you dont use a bot - as they only allow a certain amount of requests per hour i think.
compared to instagram where they will block your actions/accounts, twitter always just gives the "rate limit exceeded" which is sort of like a 5-10 minute timeout
