Help with scrapping emails

Hello there,
When I'm scrapping emails from a list of url's I already have, the program is not using the proxies I put on the "proxies section". I have them on a txt file.
It appears: "user details: https://twitter.com/username no proxy"
What am I doing wrong?

Can you email the proxy file you are using:

Perhaps the format is wrong and cannot be read, send me the file and I will test and get back to you with a solution
