about win10
hi admin. i install to win10.but the programe can;t run.how to do

Make sure these have whitelisted the exe and program files folder for the app
right click the exe and make sure it is ALLOWED (not blocked)
If you are referring to the installer, move it from the downloads directory.
Something on your machine is blocking it from running, most likely "smart screen" which for some reason cannot display a message saying "we have refused to let you run this, read here for more info or to allow it". They just fail it silently, leaving you with no idea
a) why
b) what program blocked it
c) how to run it if you are sure.
But that's Microsoft for you.
Try the above, and if you have issues, let me know

The installation was successful, but the program could not execute。 I also installed instadub, which works, but twitterdub won't start after it installed

and let me know what you tried from my above list of suggestions. I have never had this issue, the above is just what people have told me who have had similar issues.
Ultimately, there is something on *your* machine blocking this and not telling you. Try the EVENT VIEWER, open app, have it fail, then check the most recent entries, "might" get lucky and see something
