Have you entered your 2captcha API KEY to the SETTINGS tab?
IF so, the account "should" solve the captcha, unless twitter have changed the flow in how they handle it. But let me go through your logs and let me see what I can find out

Please can you perform:
Please perform:
1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run a clean login action
Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN
This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.

DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME

3) If the account fails to login / the same issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Also, if I may test the account, it may help understand why it is not logging in. I have tested with accounts here and it is logging in fine.
If that is ok, export the account (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file:
