Error: Cannot open acc. in session browser

Affects all accounts since the most recent update. Was working prior to installing the latest version yesterday.

Select a single account, click "open acc...", browser and console launch, then browser crashes and an error message is displayed "An error occurred, it has been logged..."

Current browser version is 111.0.5563.147 with binary path C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

You need the specific CHROME DRIVER for your CHROME install.

Info on how to do that here:

You can update chrome to 112: open chrome > settings > about
and it should auto update

OR install the older driver for chrome 111 from the link above

Great, no update to 112 was available for me so rolled back the driver to 111 and now it works fine.

Great, no update to 112 was available for me so rolled back the driver to 111 and now it works fine.

oh, didn't realise 112 wasn't a general update rolled out to all. I'll put back the 111 driver with the install for the next update onwards

was "open acc" do was open the account in chrome or browser?
i.e select account then click "open acc" then it will open in browser?

why mine is different? when i click open acc, it will only open a window/popup (the window where youll find the username, pass, IP, email. etc.)

No idea. Can you:

Please perform:

1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE

2) Run the action that you are having an issue with.


try and open browser for an account

IDEALLY PLEASE DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME
***


3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
