I m new here so sorry if this question is amateur.
I cannot login right now. I m pretty sure my twitter username, pw and email are right. But the software keeps telling me wrong info, DESPITE the fact that my phone keeps receiving twitter login verification messages.
I tried to put in the phone number there, but it is still the same situation.

Probably the twitter system is asking for a verification and the program doesn't have the details (not entered). This happens when you log into twitter from a new device / machine.
Submit your logs and I can tell you exactly what is happening:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
Another way to get more information:
If the account is not added currently:
Please click the ADD button below the accounts list
Enter the email / password as you have done
check the DO NOT VERIFY option
Now click save
Otherwise / then:
Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN
This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and see the issue detailed and submit logs
