Login Error

Post by bmanfacts » Thu Jul 23, 2020 3:04 pm

Hello,

Getting a strange login error with one of my accounts where it logs in, but fails to get the stats because of a verification challenge?
I'm not exactly sure how to make sense of it, but I'm sending logs right now.

Try a clean login:

Please perform:

1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run the action that you are having an issue with.

DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs

3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Regards,
Martin

Did the steps in the order suggested.
Happened again which is preventing an account from running actions.
Sent logs, ID below

strange the account logs in fine, but then gets logged out right away.

Where are you running the program? At home? VPS?

Would you mind if I tested the account here? If that is ok, please export the account (check account > click EXPORT button bottom right of accounts list) and email me the file

Code: Select all
