Liking and following question

Hello, so my question is.
in the follow section there is a Like + comment Adv Pre Actions.
i want to choose a user to automatically like+ comment on hes followers photos but not follow, how can i do it ?
all i see is that i can do it only if i also follow him.

use LIKE tab with PRE ACTION: comment,
or COMMENT tab with PRE ACTION

yes but i cant find to select the user's follower's in the option..
only search hash tags
search explore location
user feed images
and filpath of images

there is no option to put a user and to do it to hes follower's, maybe i am wrong?

custom search
followers_of (x)
userfeed (y)


scrape (x) followers, then scrape (y) images from each to action


pre-action: like

comment + like on a profiles followers images
