software does not work after some hours

I added the accounts to the software, it needed email verification that I did, in the first few hours everything works fine, but after that when I try to do mass follow operation, I get an error, with and without proxy i have tested and the result is the same.
My log number is 32352.

What is the issue? The logs show the MASS FOLLOW actions as successful.

Please include the logs you saw which made you think it is not working.
please indicate what you mean not working: crash /error / something wrong / not as expected
What happened / didn't
What was expected

I apologize for not explaining the problem correctly. The software says that mass follow action is done completely, but the targeted account is not followed (without crash or error or ...). I am using version 3.9.6.064. I deleted the logs and uploaded them again, my log code is 82524.

Ok so the program thinks everything is working correctly, reports SUCCESS, but when you try and manually check, your account is NOT following?


Can you try and perform a manual follow, in the website or the phone app. Can your account follow at this time?

Yes, that's exactly the problem.

I tested through the Instagram application and the website and it was Ok. But the problem still persists in instadub. I will attach screenshots, maybe it will help.

IG has returned a response the program couldn't solve so to stop you hammering the account, there is a local block.


You can try a clean login:


Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will ignore all local blocks on the account and try and log in again.

or if you open the account details form (double click) there is a link to remove the lock blocks)
or you can do it from the right click menu. But the abvoe FORCE login is probably best

If login fails, submit logs

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Can you perform the login without cookies please

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, please submit logs:

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I did these steps. Unfortunately, it was not successful and the login was failed. I submitted the log, log code: 27026

I don't know, the account is not following the usual flow and the code to handle this is not firing. I cannot see why.


If I can test the account, that would be helpful: If so, export the account (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file:
