I would like to try to use browser automation with some simple profile scraping tasks. I have looked for the option described in the first post in this thread "To use the browser, on the action tabs: select USE BROWSER" and I don't see that now.

I recall (I think but I'm not sure now) I tried to use browser automation a couple years ago and found no difference so I didn't experiment with it further.

Can I use browser automation with the scraping of images or users (or other info returned in the scrape/search) and if so how to I enable this function -- assume I have actions view enabled, what tab do I go to, and what is the option / button / etc I need to enable or change?

No, browser scraping is not available

Hey Martin,
hope you doing well. Finally coming back to ID after a while.

So downloaded the lastest instadub_installer_v4.07464, the chrome driver and replaced the current driver.
Chrome is: 119.0.6045.106

I am logged into the IG account in Chrome I want to do the ID actions.

For the test I do "Promo Style", safe mode, only 5 likes,
unchecked [ ] the create boxes and checked [X] Use WebBrowser.

Then I click the "create promo actions" button.

Question: How is the process? Should ID now open a new Chrome Window or how will the automation happen?

I let ID run for a while, then cancelled the action, so we have a log file: Logs Id_38872
