Yes, true this may give last actions he/she did. But it won't give you last time he/she logged in. :)
Sure. But it would still be useful information, who of the persons you are following, was active lately.

I'd be happy, if it was possible to see this info on the web-version.... :-|

Thanks again for all the fast replies!!

Just one more question concerning this, if anybody knows this:

My assumption was, that information of
Heartshaped-Symbol -> FOLLOWERS tab (where you can see activities of the people you are following)
can only be seen on the mobile app. And there is - not even in theory - any way to get this information via the webbrowser-version.

Can you confirm this? Or am I mistaken?

Maybe there was a misundestanding:

On the mobile version I see two tabs:

Being able to scrape the information of the green "Following" tab would be very useful!
But probably that's not possible?

On the web version I only have this:

I think Martin can do it. :) Just push him hard, keep annoying him as I do :)
Scraping the following tab which tells you activity of your following. It's kind you spying on them :) should ISG remove this ? Hahaha I don't think so.

But I'm wondering what real benefit of getting that info, since you already following them, are you gonna like what they like? Or follow what they follow? Beside spying :)

(NB: I think my overal 'strategy' is a bit different than the usual one. So far I'm using instadub mainly for scraping.)

For me one of the most important information is whether users were active on instagram (since my last interaction with them) or not.

The "following-tab" mentioned above delivers this kind of information at least for the sub-group of ppl I'm following. Personally I'm mainly/only interested in
- WHO (of the persons I'm following)
- was last active WHEN
But independent of myself, I think that having information about user-activity is also generally a quite valuable information, for various reasons and depending on 'strategy'.

Unfortunately there's also a big disadvantage to this "following tab" information: I think, it's way better to scrape not with ones "main accounts"... So any information about user activity without having to be logged into the account, would be much more convenient... But seems, you can't have everything; it's a hard life! :-P

PS: I think Instagram.com is really annoying in one respect   ... especially the differences between app-version and browser-version... and "castrating" the information/things that can be done in the browser-version. Not your fault of course!
