Include your purchase email and I will sort it out.
You can also double check your paypal purchase to make sure it all went ok and wasn't delayed.
The purchase page does warn, some email accounts cannot receive our emails: @web.de / @gmx custom domain emails and some others. If so, again write to us and include your purchase email and a gmail / yahoo / outlook type email we can write to you on
