Can't create account with catch-all method

Post by babe »

Hi Martin,

I just bought the bot and couldn't get the catch-all account creation method to work, I keep getting an error message 'Catch-all email details did not validated'.

Please help!

Thanks

Are you sure you entered the pop details correctly?

The error is saying it was unable to log into your mail server

The same setting was used in SCM and worked well.

SCM is very powerful by the way, awesome work!

I would need to see logs to know more

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Unable to read data from the transport connection: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

*FAILED POP MAIL RETRIEVAL: Server did not accept user credentials
The server did not respond with a + response. The response was: "-ERR Authentication failed"
The details as provided were rejected by the server. Are you 100% sure they are the same in SCM and RVN? As the code to check is the same
