Unfan fails "Couldn't get artist id"

Those are logs from the OLD version, I need the logs from the NEW version that fixed the issue I thought you had but apparently that wasn't your issue but I fixed something

Unfan > Selecting my artist account > setting pause interval > everything else remains as default > Unfan list > selecting a valid list (fanned before) > task added to queue successfully. > Run > begins task > Logs in > Exception "Couldn't get artist id"

Let me try this, maybe I can replicate

but if could get me logs, it would help

tested here with a new artist account, everything working fine. Checking logs

logs just indicate program cannot get your user ID from source, will need to update and log the source.

After installing the latest version I can't load the program anymore. Clicking on the exe file draws the usual spinner but then does nothing.

Task manager shows for a few seconds "ReverbnationBot (32 bit)" then it disappears.

Windows Server 2019.

Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\reverbnation

then zip up the logs folder (right click > send to > zip)

If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me:

Do you have RUN PROCESSOR FROM START checked on the processing tab? If yes


goto
%appdata%\rootjazz\reverbnation\database\settings\

and delete the processing file

then try and open app again

I've sent you the logs over email.

I've tried removing globalprocessing.bin, didn't help.

replied email. Looks as if the machine is blocking it as no logs are created at all, which is not possible for app to crash without logging. It's not being allowed to run is most likely reason
