Hello. I was wondering if there is any "watch folder" feature that is similar to the one in scm?

No, RVN program doesn't have as much functionality as SCM.
Fact is, SCM adn RVN programs were released at similar times and SCM outsold RVN program at x100 rate, meaning more time / development was aimed at SCM than RVN, so RVN has less features than SCM for advanced controls / actions. Although RVN is feature complete of the RVN site, the actions are more simple
