Hi Martin,

I have Reverbnation and Soundcloud bot from you.
The soundcloud bot never has issue but the RN is constantly with issues. I can't have it running for more then a few hours without crashes.

This is a VM with 4 cores and 4GB of ram just to run soundcloud and reverberation bots.
At this point i don't have an huge amount tracks being promoted, in the past i had 10-20x more and did not had issues, but on the last days, weeks this is happening in a recurring way.

Let me know what log files do you need to analyze because the logs folder has a huge amount of files and also a very reasonable size.

thanks,
Morg

Next time it crashes can you send logs manually

Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\reverbnation

then zip up the logs folder (right click > send to > zip)

If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me:

Code: Select all

support[at]rootjazz[dot]com
Otherwise upload somewhere and send me the link

Also it could be your machine shutting it down. For some reason, the program got on chromes flagged list and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do to contact them to get off it. Check your AV software, FIREWALL, SECURITY software and whitelist the .exe and dlls (and the folder itself if possible)

C:\Program Files (x86)\reverbnation

Martin

So i did some tests as you requested and now it seems ok.

In the processor i am leaving it at 35 threads and its stable.
And when i am increasing plays tab i am using only 20 threads and see if it keeps stable.

What are the maximum thread in the plays increaser per track that you may suggest?

thanks,
Morg

It is hard to say.

How many threads are you using within each play action?

for example, if you set 100 and 100 actions, that is 10k.
If you set 5 and 100 actions, that is a 500

Do you have enough proxies to give as many plays are you are trying to do? RVN will not let one proxy be used continually on teh same track, it will be refused /not counted.

So if your proxies are limited, you are probably doing more harm that good, trying to do as much as possible in as short a time as possible

Well i have switched the bot to another VPS with windows 2012 and until now is not having issues.
About the proxies its not an issue because i use a 250 proxies that wil renew on every 30 seconds to a new proxy of huge private proxy inventory.
So will be hard to have the plays from the same ips.

but for now its working fine and its live for around 2-3 days without crashing.

thanks.

ok, you won't have the proxy issue I mentioned. Just thought I would mention it, but seems like you are way ahead of me :)

Do let me know if the issue returns
