Hey Roojazz,

Hope you're having a lovely day!

For some reason every time I set "hip hop & rap" on the "Track Tag Search" it only finds tracks that have "Hip Hop & Rap" in the title.

I only want to reach songs that have "Hip Hop & Rap" as a tag but that doesn't seem to work.

Could you please guide with this?

Then you must be using the TITLE SEARCH function.

There is a tag search (but don't use that as it is a historic tag search so you tend to get the same popular tracks every time.

You want to use advanced search where you can specify:

title, genre, date_uploaded, length


you can enter:
a, hip hop & rap, last_week
a, hip hop & rap, last_day
a, hip hop & rap, last_month
a, hip hop & rap, last_year


e, hip hop & rap, last_day
...

i, hip hop & rap, last_day
....

o, hip hop & rap, last_day
...

etc etc

to try and get all for the time period because SC insists on a title search now (it didn't used to, but now unfortunately it does)

Program only found 15 or so results with "prod" in the title with that EXACT genre, you need to check on soundcloud as "hip hop" is not the same as "hiphop". I don't know if "rap & hiphop" has many results or if is the main "rap" umbrella genre.

The program then checked those results and you have commented on them all, as you have UNIQUE checked, it didn't not comment on them again.
