Which Windows VPS will work for the cheapest price?

Post by gizmo »

I'm getting a windows VPS to run your bots once the black friday deals kick in.

I'm going to be running
Soundcloud Manager
InstaDub
TwitterDub
Tumbling Jazz
and FollowLiker for Pinterest

Would the cheapest package here https://www.hostwinds.com/vps/windows be good enough for all of that? I'm typically running about 20 threads on each at any given time.

I've never bought a VPS before so I'm trying to make sure it will be up to par for everything before I buy a few years worth of it

No, a 1gb machine won't run all those apps.

Especially if you want 20 threads, I assume you will be using quite a few accounts. Each of our products can use a maximum of 2gb. So to run them at max capacity you would need at 8gb, then another 1-2gb for follower liker.

However, I doubt you will be running them at maximum, so I would recommend starting at 4gb.

Hostwinds currently have blackfriday discounts, so you might be able to snag yourself a bargain.

Also, if you don't mind, you can purchase via the link affiliate link:

Awesome. Thanks for the info. I got a 4 gig plan for 3 months and 2 years of business hosting. I used your link, but it was after I already signed up. Hope you still got something from it though.

Thanks Martin. Happy Holidays
