in my pc instadub is not opening.
windows 10
i7 8th gen
new pc dell
but problem in opening. installed succesfully.

what version are you trying to run?

Install
https://rootjazz.com/instadub/updatetesting.html

try and start

If fails:

Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\instadub

then zip up the logs folder (right click > send to > zip)

If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me: Otherwise upload somewhere and send me the link

No, you get fed up when I don't reply to your emails in near real time.
Plus it's Christmas, which may not be a holiday in your country, however the fact it is a major holiday for many I am sure you are aware.

but do the above and I'll have a look.


another test:

goto
%appdata%\rootjazz\instadub

change database folder to database_bu

now start the app. If it loads its a data issue. If it doesn't load, then something on your machine is blocking the loading
