Every time I try updating profiles through the updater everything fails to upload, how can I fix this?

as per your email. You haven't specified what program, what the logs say. As you posted in the GENERAL support forum, I still have no idea of what program you are referring to

I am having a similar issue mine is on tumbling jazz the box comes up to upgrade and nothing happens no browser window pops up.
