Is it possible to buy a proxy list that has 1000s of working public proxies? Meaning ones where a majority of them are working. I know there are a ton of sites that have free public proxies but I find that out of 10,000 only a few are working. Say I want to boost plays to 50k on one track in 7 days. Is there a way that I could get enough working proxies to make that happen?
I am willing to pay for it. Any suggestions are appreciated.
