Custom Import routine

Hi Martin,

Custom importing is not working for me: starting with there not being any link for Custom Import in my software (only the basic Import Info), and continuing with my .csv not working.

I did everything as per your instructions.

In short - the custom import where I specify the order (username,password,email) did not work (imported the accounts but the passwords were in the email tabs and vice-versa) and sometimes crashed the app,

Where as when I also specified the separtor (:) - it simply imported 0 accounts.

Please advise

Well if there is no link, then obviously it cannot work

Yes, if you are not using CUSTOM IMPORT link, then obviously it doesn't work. We need to find out what that isn't showing
