I am assigning the proxy when I add the account. Error pops up when adding individual account with email, password, IP:PORT. Software crashes when I try to import via CSV.

The log id is logs_26604

Your logs are hard to follow. Can you peform the following instructions please to generate specific logs on your issue

Clear logs
HELP > LOGS > DELETE
or
HELP > LOGS > VIEW > delete all files

Pause /remove ALL existing actions, DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS WHILST PERFORMING THESE INSTRUCTIONS


If the account is not added currently:

Please click the ADD button below the accounts list
Enter the email / password as you have done
*****check the DO NOT VERIFY option****
Now click save

Otherwise / then:

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

As per email, I will add a summary here.

http://123.456.456:88 is NOT a valid proxy IP.

IP is just the number part:
123.456.456:88

otherwise when splitting your input, the program gets 4 parts

http

which will map to
ip

username
password

tbh I don't test proxies so am not up to date with current offererings, ask in the respective forums for the program you want to use and see what users are currently using

If the proxy is working, check the site you are trying to automate

Does it work? No, maybe your is black listed on teh site - the proxy is dead, get a new one.



If the proxy is working, in the rootjazz app, goto the SETTINGS tab and increase your timeout to 90, proxies may go slow and you are timing out.



If you are using public proxies, again we have found the issue :-)




If after all that still the issue remains, write to support / add a new forum post.

what are you hoping to acheieve?

timeout will NOT affect an IP resetting, that isn't a TIMEOUT issue, it's the proxy NOT WORKING and returning a failed response.

TIMEOUT just effects a VERY VERY slow proxy, it's working, it's sending data, the connection is still holding, but the end signal hasn't been received.

If you need 90 seconds for your proxy to receive a webpage, it's crap, change it, don't waste your time with it.


If you want to wait 90 seconds for an IP reset, I need to know:
the program you are using
how your proxy returns it's errror no connection.

If the proxy fails properly, we can detect it, wait and retry. But not all ip rotation providers fail nicely which we can detect.


But give me more details and I'm sure we can find a way around it

I use VPN to open twitterdub, and then I use proxy to log in to twitter account, but it has never been successful, I asked my proxy service provider, they provided a solution according to your solution, but I still can't log in using proxy.

It could be your machine blocking access to the network.

. The two most common are:
* Windows Defender
* Smart screen


Please let me know what operating system you are using and how you run the program: At home / on VPS / In VM?

Please check your anti virus / security software and make sure the applications program files folder:

c:\program files (x86)\twitterdub

is whitelisted and / or all the .exe and .dlls in that folder.



IF that doesn't help, try and DISABLE the programs and see if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't help, send me the proxy and I will test here to ensure it isn't a proxy issue:

I use win10 for work, I have turned off firewall and smart screen, I have changed many proxy lines, different proxy providers, I don't know what is the reason, I am very distressed now.
