Sentry Block

I am having trouble logging in with one of my accounts. I'm getting the following message :

Post data: accounts/login/
* FAILED: Post data: accounts/login: 400 {"message": "Sorry, there was a problem with your request.", "status": "fail", "error_type": "sentry_block"}
Failed to parse error message: {"message": "Sorry, there was a problem with your request.", "status": "fail", "error_type": "sentry_block"}
* FAILED Login

I've sent the logs over and emailed you the log id.

It's not a new account. It used to work and it has stopped working. It works when I log in on a browser and on a mobile device. It's only the Instadub account which has stopped working. I have four other accounts which are all working fine. Any ideas ?

sentry block to the best of my knowledge means your IP is blacklisted

IS this a fake / bulk account or a real account?

Are you on a proxy?

Hi Martin,

I am not sure exactly what you mean by is this a fake / bulk account, but it's a real account. I post from my mobile and run Instadub on a PC

I'm not on on a proxy. Should I be ? I have four accounts and none of them are operated using proxies.

This is the only one with which I am having problems.

Okay, seems to be working now this morning. Appears to be a temporary block. I will back off a bit in terms of volume for a little while.

Thanks for the informations.
Due to accounts security, we always suggest/suggested users not to use multiple accounts on same IP.

IF you need to run 4 acccounts then it would be better to have 1 proxy for your accounts. It can be ok with 4 account with 1 ip but if you don't use all of them at once/ at single time. You might get hit Phone verification/challenges.
