tried again in a normal browser - it isn't working.

If the signup process isn't working in a normal browser, then not much the program nor I can do about it.

Has it started to work for you in a normal browser for manual sign up?

yes you are right...
i tried manually but couldn't make it...
hope it will be fixed automatic after some time...
one more thing i need want to say is unique followers in mass followers...
there its not ignoring already processed..
following same profile 100 times...
can you check that issue please???

and another is action got failed if 2-3 accounts failed login...
it should continue with all other selected accounts...
it shouldn't stop for 2 failed login only...
please check both issues..

I tried it again and it is definitely Tumblr's problem.

Is there any possibility to contact them and report this bug?

Very strange the signup routine is not working still after 3 days. But as soon as I can create accounts normally in my browser, then I can test the program. But there really is no point checking until we can do it manually as the program cannot do anything we cannot do in the browser

Depends where the fail is. The search account used MUST work otherwise action fails. Is just how the programs work.

no, i mean it follows same profile again which already followed before..
it never skipped as already followed before..

i mean if i start an action with 100 accounts..
and the search account is fine,
why action stopping if 2-3 accounts failed to login due to proxy...
it should continue with all other accounts...

Logs showing this please:

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)


IF you don't have logs (happened in last 7 days) please generate logs:



Please perform the following:

Open the program. Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. All actions must be waiting, then pause all (or delete)


Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens


Perform the action:
***
Run your action until the issue occurs
***

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.


Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)

If it is attempting to follow, because the action is "use these accounts to follow this profile". You are telling the program to follow the profile. If you don't want to attempt to follow the same profile, don't instruct the accounts to follow the same profile.

Or am I misunderstanding? But I only see mass follow actions, no search and follow actions

i never instruct the accounts to follow the same profile.
i also check the unique follow option..
and unique means i dont want to attempt to follow the same profile..
do you understand now???

Then I don't understand what you are reporting.

Your logs ONLY have MASS FOLLOW actions. Do you understand the difference between MASS FOLLOW and SEARCH FOLLOW actions? People do often confuse these two.

In MASS actions you specify a single item and then mass instruct multiple accounts to process the same item. I Cannot see any examples of accounts following the same profile in your logs.

But maybe I just cannot find those lines.

can you please copy any log snippets you saw that made you think this is happening. That way I can map those snippets to the full logs and understand. Otherwise I am left searching for something you saw but I don't know what.

If you don't have the logs any more, could you recreate issue specific logs please:





Please perform the following:
