~ 200 Accounts in the Instance
Ok, so your machine is taking a VERY long time to apparently build a single update row. What machine is this? local? VPS? What spec? It should not be taking this long at all
it is a Dedicated,
Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, 64-bit
Intel Xeon CPU E5-2630 v4 @ 2.20GHz
256 GB RAM
How long does the program take to load normally when started?
20 - 24 seconds

ok so it is not the machine

Not the account number, 200 is fine.

20-30 seconds during app start is surprising as this routine that is taking 5 minutes happens during app load, so not sure why is slow here yet normal in load.

Is it just THIS account that has this issue? Or is it ALL accounts?

The update should log more information hopefully, if can update, rerun the action and submit logs again, maybe some more information will come to light
