Just tested. But I see the posts got live on all accounts.
What are the steps that I should follow to get them to schedule queue on tumblr?
What I did was:
- added 3 photos and assign meta
- selected 3 accounts
- checked unique uploads
- checked share across accounts
- checked tumblr schedule
- select 24 hours increments

did you set a schedule date?
if you didn't set a first post schedule date, then I am not sure if it would work, as the time period delay is added to the initial scheduled date, no initial date and then behaviour is undefined...

Did you figure out why it didn't work before? Was it because you didn't set a schedule date?
IF so, then I guess you were the first to make that mistake, but you certainly will not be the last, so perhaps should set the schedule date to current date and time? Is that what you were expecting?
